Equipped with two permanently lubricated non-detachable ball bearings and with easily seated non-rising pin, in stainless steel for all nonferrous hinges. Hardened chrome alloy, anti-friction, non-detachable ball bearings, permanently lubricated for smooth operation. Templated screw-hole patterns for use on wood or hollow metal. Prime coated, plated or phosphated, and polished for a fine, durable finish. Approved for 3-hour, fire-rated door openings. Exceeds ANSI standards, meets ANSI A8112. Includes 8 - 12-24x1/2 machine and 8 - 12x1-1/4 wood screws.
