The Little Giant is made of heavy-wall 6005-T5 aluminum. While it possesses a workload capacity of 300 lb., it has been tested to withstand 4 times that amount without structural failure. This versatile ladder replaces the need for separate A frame ladders, extension ladders, scaffolding trestles and staircase ladders. Unbelievably, the 22' ladder stores in just 5'7" of space and weighs about 40 lb. Shorter sizes weigh less and store in even less space. The adjustable nature allows it to be safely used on stairs, ramps, curbs, docks, or other uneven surfaces. Type IA 300 lb. duty rating passes applicable ANSI 14.2 standards.
